If you’ve yet to discover Feng E, go check him out on Google or YouTube right now. Feng E made his first national television appearance at the age of 10, masterfully playing ukulele on Asia’s Got Talent in 2017. A year and a half later, Feng E would compete on America’s Got Talent and reach the quarterfinals.
We’re stoked to welcome him into the Source Audio community. Check out the stunning performance of one of my personal favorite tunes, the Crowded House classic, “Don’t Dream It’s Over”. This time, Feng is rocking a custom P90-equipped Tele, but it’s equally as mesmerizing as his ukulele craft. Listen for that Collider delay and reverb being kicked on during certain parts. Feng E knows exactly when to accentuate using time-based effects! You’ll hear some bouncy delay as the track kicks off, and you’ll want to stay for the Shimmer reverb towards the end.
