Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1.) In the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of wear

2.) In its complete original packaging

3.) If applicable, include all cables and adapters that originally shipped with the product.

To start a return, you contact us at contact@sourceaudio.net so we can approve your return. In the body of the email, please provide the following:

1.) Full name, order number, billing and shipping address

2.) Detailed reason for the return (these details help us improve our products and customer experience)

If your return is approved, ALL items must be sent to the following address:

**Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return product(s) to Source Audio.**

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after product(s) have been received by Source Audio and verified to be in the proper condition.
