Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of wear and in its complete original packaging which includes all cables and adapters that originally shipped with the product.

Customer are responsible for all shipping costs to return product(s) to Source Audio.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after product(s) have been received by Source Audio.
