Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

  • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a claim.

Preorders & Backorders

  • Items on preorder or backorder will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.
